Add a dab of glue to the 1/16" tube and slide the 3/32" tube over it. The 1/16" tube acts as a sleeve to downsize to the correct size for the rod to slide up into the body of the shock. Next glue the top eyelet to one end of the assembly and let this completely dry before sliding the brass rod into the body. In the meantime put a dab of glue on the bottom of the brass rod and put it into the hole drilled in the bottom eyelet.
